Privacy Policy

Last updated: 12 August 2026

Good Days Health Pty Ltd (“Good Days Health”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides occupational therapy services in Brisbane, Queensland, including NDIS-funded, privately-funded and Medicare-funded supports. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling personal information, including health information, responsibly and in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and how you can contact us about privacy matters. It applies to this website (gooddays.health) and does not cover the privacy practices of external services we link to or use, which are governed by their own privacy policies.

Information We Collect

We collect personal information in the following ways:

Contact form: When you submit an enquiry through our website contact form, we collect your name, email address, subject and message.

Referral and booking form: Referrals and bookings are managed through Splose, an external practice management platform. Information you submit through Splose is collected and handled in accordance with Splose’s own privacy policy, not this one.

Website usage data: Like most websites, this site may use standard analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) and cookies to understand how visitors use the site and to help us improve it over time.

Because we provide occupational therapy services, some information we hold about our clients (for example, through referrals, assessments and clinical records) is health information, which is treated as sensitive information under the Privacy Act 1988. Health information collected as part of the clinical referral and service delivery process is collected via Splose and our clinical systems, not through this website directly.

How We Use Your Information

We use the personal information we collect to:

Respond to enquiries submitted through our contact form; process referrals and bookings via Splose; provide, coordinate and improve our occupational therapy services; communicate with clients, referrers and other relevant parties about services; meet our legal, regulatory and professional obligations, including under the NDIS and Medicare where applicable; and understand and improve how our website is used.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we only use and disclose personal information for the purposes it was collected, or as otherwise permitted or required by law.

Who We May Share Information With

We may share information with service providers who help us operate our practice and website (for example, Splose as our practice management and referral platform); other healthcare providers, funding bodies such as the NDIS, or referrers, where relevant to your care and with appropriate authorisation; and regulatory or government bodies, where required by law.

Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Cookies

This website may use cookies and similar technologies to support site functionality and to collect anonymous usage data. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect how the website functions.

Your Rights

Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, request access to it, request correction of information that is inaccurate or out of date, and raise concerns or complaints about how your information has been handled.

If you would like to access or correct your information, or if you have a privacy concern, please contact us using the details below. If we are unable to resolve your concern directly, you may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal obligations. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
