In-Person Occupational Therapy
Our Brisbane-based occupational therapists provide individualised, in-home and community-based therapy for participants aged 9 to 65 across Camp Hill, Brisbane, Logan, Ipswich and the Gold Coast.
We look at the whole person, their environment, routines and goals, to reduce barriers and build lasting independence, not just tick off a checklist. Every session is built around what actually matters to you or your participant.

Minor Home Modification Assessment
Grab rails, ramps, bathroom modifications: home modification assessments cover the practical changes that make daily life safer at home.
As a registered NDIS occupational therapy provider, we deliver home modification reports across Brisbane and Logan that meet funding and safety requirements, with recommendations you can put into action straight away.
-

Assistive Technology (AT) Assessment
Wheelchairs, pressure care beds, mobility aids, communication devices: our AT assessments match the right equipment to what a participant actually needs day to day.
Reports are NDIS compliant, usually completed within 1 to 3 weeks, and written with clear clinical justification so funding decisions don't stall.
-

Functional Capacity Assessment
A Functional Capacity Assessment (or FCA) is one of the most requested reports for NDIS plan reviews in Brisbane.
Our OTs assess how someone manages everyday activities and turn that into clear, evidence-based recommendations, written with plan managers and NDIS reviewers in mind, so nothing gets held up in review.
-

Living Assessment
Is a home actually set up to support someone's independence, long term?
That's what a Living Assessment answers, covering day to day support needs and whether the living environment is fit for purpose. It's a key report for SIL and SDA related decisions, delivered by clinicians who know exactly what NDIS reviewers are looking for.
-

Ergonomic Assessment
Desk, chair, screen height, equipment: our ergonomic assessments review a person's workplace or home office setup to reduce strain and support a safe return to paid work.
Ideal for anyone managing injury, chronic pain, or a change in physical capacity, in Brisbane and beyond.engagement in a productive paid role.

In-Person Occupational Therapy
Occupational therapists (OTs) are healthcare professionals who help individuals improve their ability to perform everyday activities and tasks. Their primary focus is on enhancing a person's overall quality of life and independence. OTs complete assessment and screening and work with people to set goals. OTs are client-centred practitioners who are all about supporting people to do the things they want to do and need to do.
-

Telehealth Occupational Therapy
Telehealth has become increasingly important, especially during periods of social distancing and when in-person services are not feasible.
