    Minor Home Modification Assessment

    Single Service Assessment is designed to support a person to be safer, more independent and more confident to complete their activities of daily living.

    Good Days Health clinicians know that the home environment is one of the most important and most often utilised in a person’s daily activities.

    Assistive Technology (AT) Assessment

    This assessment is designed to adapt the environment or task to suit the person​.

    Ergonomic Assessment

    This assessment is designed to optimise the workplace environment to suit the person​.

    This Assessment considers a person’s work from home or workplace desk setup and supports optimal engagement in a productive paid role.

    In-Person Occupational Therapy

    Occupational therapists (OTs) are healthcare professionals who help individuals improve their ability to perform everyday activities and tasks. Their primary focus is on enhancing a person's overall quality of life and independence. OTs complete assessment and screening and work with people to set goals. OTs are client-centred practitioners who are all about supporting people to do the things they want to do and need to do.

    Telehealth Occupational Therapy

    Telehealth has become increasingly important, especially during periods of social distancing and when in-person services are not feasible. Occupational Therapists use Telehealth to deliver support services, and interventions to help individuals improve their quality of life and maintain or regain their independence.
